Mattress firm is ripping people off bad, and they probably dont even know it. First of all, you better take a tape measure with you because they're queen size beds are not 60x80. Which means they're not Queens! They are only 57x77. With that being said, a full size bed technically is a 54 x 75. So that means that beds they're selling as Queens are closer to a full size bed measurement than a actual queen size bed. I bought a bed on July 4th sale with my tax and delivery it was like $800. I am having my mattress delivered on Sunday, so i cant review that yet, but I can tell you the sales process was wonderful. Katherine was amazing to work with and was so knowledgeable! I was trying to decide between a Sleep Number bed and a Purple bed. With all of the info I was given on both, then taking my husband to try them both, there was no question about our choice and we purchased the Purple mattress from Mattress Firm. Spencer is a rude and very disrespectful person to be working there. I see no disciplinary actions being taken for how he treated me and my boyfriend that day. They think giving 2 pillows for free would make up how he treated us. So I hope something will be done about how he is, since he likes to be a horrible person to people
