Spencer was very informative and patient
I was told the mattress and box spring would be at the store the following day when the truck came in. It did not come in. The different technician named JESUS made it right for me. Instead of me having to pick it up when it did and does come in, they will do a home delivery instead FREE for me which will help me after having back surgery, L2,3,4 and L5. I told JESUS to tell the original sale technician,SPENCER, he needs to watch what he's doing when he is dealing with a customer. The mix up may have been due the time of day... read more
