Dee (Sleep Expert) is truly an awesome Salesperson. Professional. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Dee let me take time to try numerous mattresses to find the perfect fit. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. I even went home to think about it. Came back two days later and made the purchase. The Bullhead City location has a great selection to choose from, and friendly sales associates. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Bullhead City (Store #054042). Ask for Dee or Sophie.

I will not ever recommend getting a mattress from this store ever again! We bought one here and tried to do a warranty claim, but no one ever got back to us. People kept giving us the run around to put a claim in. Take pictures of your bed.. Yada, Yada, Yada! Nothing happened. I have tried several times throughout the year and no response. According to the lady I had talked to today (6/23/23) it has been closed and cannot be reopened and she said I have to redo another claim yet again! This is ridiculous! My husband and I just purchased a new Tempur-proadapt firm mattress one week ago and really like it. Our shopping experience with Dee at the store was terrific she was very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. This is our second Tempurpedic mattress and super for us. Love them.
