We went to one store looking at mattresses, before stopping at Mattress Firm. The visit at the previous store was painful. We decided to try Mattress Firm and glad we did. Tim went above and beyond. He worked with us for the budget we had in mind. This type of purchase is an investment. He didn't pressure us at all, and was very knowledgeable about the prouducts.
