Nice experience today at Mattress Firm. The sales rep and store manager were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to give us a deal we were happy with.
Fantastic professional experience from the showroom to the delivery!!! In the showroom, Joshua was informative, helpful and answered all our questions. The mattress delivered on the date Joshua gave us when we were in the showroom. The delivery team arrived right on time and they had removed our old bed and set up the new one in no time.Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
My spouse and I were hopeful walking in to this store as the associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Our purchase was supposed to come with mattress protectors and pillows, both of which we have never gotten. We bought these back in May. There have been multiple conversations and reassurance that we would get these products via mail, yet in September they are still not here. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is a total rip off and waste of time.
