I am thrilled with my recent experience with Dederick Papiernik at the Flatirons Mall Mattress Firm. He was so knowledgeable about the products, and he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bed. Prior to visiting Mattress Firm I had spent too much time at Denver Mattress trying to find a bed. Once I started working with Dederick, I could see I was going to be able to find the right bed for me. Dederick is the epitome of customer service. I am now a loyal customer to Mattress Firm thanks to Dederick!

Dederick was very knowledgeable and comfortable to talk with. He helped us find a bed that would match both our sleep style and budget. He didn't pressure us into anything that wouldn't benefit the consumer. This is how I enjoy shopping for higher priced items.
