Great sales woman, Dasia. Maybe spelling her name wrong. She assisted at least three seperate customers at once. Feilding questions, imparting knowledge and making everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. This wasn't even her main store. She stayed with me until 9:30 pm way after closing time to help me not only get what I needed but explained how I could get it at a low price. I hope you all know you have a treasure with this sales woman.

My paraplegic son and I were in the store looking for a pillow to ease his neck soreness/discomfort. The gentleman went above and beyond to review my account to see my previous purchases to verify the history to attempt to find the make/model. Unfortunately, that particular type was discontinued (part of the sleepy's series- before the company converted to Mattress Firm). Since we were interested in making a purchase, we were presented with what wouldve been the next best thing at a discounted price.
Deja was awesome ! I was in and out the store in less than 30 minutes. She was a great listener and got me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
Happy New Year 2026! I visited the Mattress Firm located at the Boulevard Shops located in Laurel MD today on this first day of this new year. Mr Anani Lawson, manager was very professional and presented a lot of product knowledge on the mattress brand I was interested in that were a good fit for me!
