Evan was very helpful and patient. He showed us different options for addressing the issues we were having with our current mattress. We took our time and laid on several different mattresses. Our concern was what if we didn’t like it after a month? He assured us Mattress Firm would change it out for another mattress if we were not satisfied. That sold us.
I've purchased several mattresses here. The staff are the best, very helpful, and always nice. Evan has helped me each time, and has made it a great experience each time. In my opinion, it's the best place to get a mattress, pillow, everything you need.
