We came here just to look at mattress prices because we were thinking about getting a new bed. The girl Valerie was so informative and helpful the we brought one after she spent over an hour with us. The only reason I gave four stars is the music playing in the store sucked bad, I couldn’t sleep!
Valerie was extremely helpful and listened to our needs. She was never pushy. We weren’t sure if we were going to purchase a new mattress today but Valerie made the process fun and easy so we did order one!
The staff was knowledgeable, unhurried and attentive. We actually came back a second time the same day when we decided to change our purchase, and John took care of everything without any fuss and made us feel welcome. We are completely satisfied with our purchase.
