Great customer service!
We had a great experience purchasing our new bed. They answered all questions and gave you time and space to make your decision. It was not a pressure sell approach like many stores. Aima was great, and worked really hard to ensure we received the best price, and selected the bed that fit our needs. Aima was a huge reason we did make our final purchase from Matress Firm. She made the process very easy and communicated very well. She takes her job seriously and shows a lot of value.
Customer service was outstanding!
I recently made a purchase. Staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and funny! Kudos goes out especially to Trevor who was extremely helpful and provided me with excellent customer service.
