Rafael was patient and very helpful. He was not pushy and i felt he genuanly wanted to help us get what is best for us. We picked a mattress in our budget and to our liking. My back has never felt better in the morning sleeping on our new firm mattress. Thank you Matress Firm and Thank you Rafael.
