I was only buying a mattress protector and it was unfortunately a very time consuming, expensive and frustrating ordeal. What should have only been a 5 or 10 minute transaction ended up taking 30 minutes of time that I did not have to spare. The store was being ran by one man and he was also very new. So I don't put the blame on him.
