I ended up purchasing a purple mattress. The experience itself was fine. Unfortunately I was only given a receipt for payment but no written information on the refund policy or 10 year warranty info the purple mattresses have. I was also told someone from Mattress firm would call or text me when the mattress came in. I purchased it last Saturday and apparently it came in Weds. I called yesterday to see if it had arrived and they said “no one called you?” Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know. The sales man did ... read more

I had a great experience buying my mattress. The sales person was very friendly and explained what the options were and didn’t pressure me to spend a lot of money.

What a great experience! The woman who helped us was so knowledgeable and friendly. She encouraged us to get what was right for us rather than push toward any outcome which i found very relaxing in ann environment with such variety in price. We’re thrilled with our choice.
