Jonah and Carter understood their products, answered all of our questions, and worked with us on pricing and didn't rush us to make a decision. The store has a good policy about price and returns. While we did go over the receipt ourselves and are satisfied, my only suggestion would be to take time to go over the purchase line items before finalizing w the customer to show trust and transparency.
Went to the store to physically test all the mattresses they had to see what I wanted. Did not want any assistance. Store manager Jonah gave me space and let me ask him the questions I needed to find the one I was looking for. Watched how I rested on the bed and making simple suggestions. Worked with me to get to a fair price point. Glad I went and will continue to buy my mattresses here in the future...
