I didn't now much of anything about Mattress Firm. I visited the store in Burlington, WA. Hayden was the sales guy who helped me. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, didn't push me in any way, and provided a great buying experience. I had intended to just get educated on my options, yet ended up buying a mattress because of his excellent approach to customer service. It was a great experience. I have already recommend him, and the company, to a friend of mine.
Thoren was knowledgeable, professional...no high pressure, just gave me all the info so I could make my decision. I'll be back!!
