Have been very hesitant about going to any mattress store because I didn’t want to be sold something in the “used car lot” way. Worked with Thorin today. I cannot express how phenomenal the support provided was. Having a life altering medical issue has made sleep very difficult in general. My wife and I had a great experience shopping here. From the moment we walked in, James took great care of us by asking us guided questions to help identify what kind of mattress we wanted, showed us different types, and made the entire process feel low-pressure, even when offering us various upsell options. Jay was also very friendly and helpful when we came back the next day and James was busy assisting other customers. The delivery and setup was on time and fast too. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
