Bought a 10k bed. They do not tell you that you cant return the base. I tried this thing for 30 days. I had 2 nights of fantastic sleep. The rest were poor. This stupid bed continuously changed my sleep number, I did not have the responsive air mode on. My wifes side did the same thing, tried resetting, unplugging, system test through app. Nothing fixed the problem. Take my advice, go to costco and get a complete setup for under 3k compared to this overpriced shady operating company who makes a poor prosuct with poor custome... read more
