Went in looking for an easy fix to a to firm mattress for my grandson. The salesman showed me a mattress topper that was affordable without going crazy. Then he told me about the 5 year warranted. Showed me paperwork about 120 night trial. My grandson and I left the store counting the days til delivery. I must say it was one of my least painful days of shopping for something to sleep on. If this works as well as im Thinking, I'll be back to get another one. Maybe more.
Steve was very good at explaining and answering all our questions! He made deciding on a mattress much easier and he was not a pushy salesman! Very pleasant to work with!
Friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. Addam listened to my needs and remembered them as I sampled the different mattresses. I would recommend this store. Good customer service.
Very good experience at Mattress Firm. Lindsey was our sales person and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and concerns. We did purchase a quality mattress and enjoyed our first nights sleep on it.
