Amanda made the experience Exceptional! She did a great job explaining about the mattress we were interested in, went over the additional benefits of an adjustable frame, set up delivery and haul away of our old mattress and worked with management to get free delivery that had previously been quoted to us by Damien. Amanda was very friendly and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with her.
Trent was very helpful and made us feel like we had a choice. He never pushed us to the more expensive model and made us feel like he was setting us up for what was best for us. I appreciated his knowledge and insight and he was great to work with.
We were given patience and the salesman was helpful but not in a pushy way. He kept suggesting to keep trying different ones until we narrowed down to a few different ones. We then asked for pricing on 3 different ones and narrowed it down to the one we selected. It was a good experience so far.
