Just bought a mattress from Mattress Firm and had a great experience. Harts was amazing. He’s funny, personable, and knows mattresses. He genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit for me within my budget. A huge contrast to Raymour & Flanigan, where I was met with disrespect and an obvious push to upsell me. The salesman there “forgot” about the mattresses within my budget. If you need a mattress, skip Raymour & Flanigan and ask for Harts at Mattress Firm!
