I had such a great experience here. Emily helped me pick the perfect mattress. She listened to my concerns and made excellent recommendations. She is so knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still love my mattress.

This is the condition that my boxspring came in. See photos attached below. So I ordered a brand new mattress and box spring to replace my old ones. The purchase at this outlet went perfectly fine. No problems. That is not the issue however. The problem is that the company itself is uncooperative. As soon as the two delivery guys left on Sunday I called the outlet store and was told by Edgar that "the system is closed" and that I would have to call back Monday.
