Initially we had issues with the delivery , (which was an extremely rare issue that wasn’t the store’s fault ) however Anthony and Dulce took every means necessary to correct it . The second mattress delivery was perfect and I’m sure more of what is normal for this store. We are grateful for the attention the team took to remedy the problem…even providing private cell numbers to ensure they knew what was going on after hours .
We started our search for a new mattress after 10 plus years! We stepped into Mattresses Firm and met Vernon. He was great!! He asked us what our needs were with no pressure explained and educated us on mattresses. Extremely Knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process.
