I recently purchased a mattress foundation (box springs) from Mattress Firm on Bardstown Road near the Watterson. The sales rep, Tayler, was great to work with. She listened to what I needed and offered several suggestions. A few hours after I made the purchase I had to change the order. We were able to modify the order over the phone … she was very understanding and took her time to make sure the the revisions to the order were correct.
