Buyer beware!❌Do not buy adjustable base from this company. Four years after purchase, the remote went out. This is the absurd process, they will have you go through for a 3k bed that needs replacement remote. they stated costs would be $125. They use third party services, which are not affiliated with mattress firm.

Went there looking for a deal. This was probably my third time going. First time was years ago. I brought my daughter here to help her buy a new mattress since hers was sagging really bad and causing back pain. We were helped with a lot of choices but got great guidance. Daughter loves her new mattress. Went back to find my own deal. Andy was great and got me a good deal.
We decided to purchase a mattress from Mattress Firm and chose the Cobb location on Austell Road. Our experience was fantastic. Andy provided exceptional customer service, and we're very happy that we chose Mattress Firm.
