Brendan greeted me at the Aurora store with kindness. He didn’t pressure me into making a sale but instead shared his knowledge and stories with me. I told him within 10 minutes of meeting him that I’d be walking out with a mattress due to his approach with me. Very happy we decided to stop in there Naperville location. Thomas was great! He quickly helped us figure the exact mattress we needed at a great price. Thomas was very knowledgeable and patient making our experience a breeze. We stopped in the store on Friday night around 5:30pm and our mattress was delivered the next day Saturday by 12:45pm. Couldn’t ask for better service! We will definitely be shopping here again.
