Was not happy with purchase ,I’m a returning client .first the bed is damaged the lifter doesn’t work and I can’t use my head board on the bed was not satisfied
Nathan went above and beyond helping my disabled friend finally find a mattress that works for her and her disabilities. He took the time to know what her needs and capabilities were, and was able to find her a bed that doesn’t cause her pain. I have been a faithful Mattress Firm customer for my last 3 mattress purchases. They have always provided excellent customer service, and have taken good care of me.
The sales people were honest and knowledgeable They spent a lot of time with us, and delivery was scheduled for the next day. Very happy with the store so far.
Salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable. The let me try several different mattress styles to find just the right fit. Went over price and delivery details. Overall made mattress shopping more pleasant than one might expect. :)
