Our salesman, Jay, was extremely knowledgeable on the different mattresses and helped us to make our decision. He answered all of our questions and added valuable information to help us along in the process. He showed us a variety of different manufacturers and explained how each was constructed.

We bought a Sterns & Foster queen size mattress today for our guest room. We came back to Mattress firm because Nathan the sales manager was so helpful. He has more knowledge about selecting the right mattress than anyone we ever talked to when buying a mattress. He took time to listen to me concerning my hip and back issues.
