Purchase experience was very positive. We dealt with Joel who showed us many alternatives and answered all of our questions showing great patience and interest in answering our questions. TL;DR- If you need to buy a mattress from Matress Firm, go to any other store instead of the Marana location if you want comprehensive service. I was in need of a mattress, and was recommended Mattress Firm as a good company to buy from by a friend. I was running errands down in Marana for the day and thought to stop into the Mattress Firm location by the Walmart.
