Nathan the sales manager was so helpful. He has more knowledge about selecting the right mattress than anyone we ever talked to when buying a mattress. He took time to listen to me concerning my hip and back issues. He showed us our options and was very patient with us. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Will buy another mattress here next time.
Wasn't expecting much because of the negative things I've heard about Mattress Firm. Our visit started with a friendly greeting when we walked through the door. "Sleep Expert" Joel immediately came and shook our hands and introduced himself. I walked around the store trying different beds and came upon a Sterns and Foster where I spent most of my time.
