I came to this store and spend over 2,000$ for a mattress and protector… A protector that didn’t work. Now I’m trying to do a claim and I have called them several times and they don’t know to resolve my issue… I finally got the link to do the claim and it seems like they don’t have inspectors around my area that it’s some type of conflict of interest… conflict for me is being stuck with a $200 protector that don’t work and a $1,600 stained mattress
