Totally very unhappy. Was told metal frame would get fold open for easy installation. So I bought it. Well that was very wrong. Needs complete installation. I can’t do it because if an injury do now I have to wait and pay for installation.
Our Sleep Expect Matt was courteous & very knowledgeable about the mattress we finally selected. We were given delivery date (next day), between 8-10am. The delivery team arrived @8:10 & before he reached our carpeted stairs (he shared let me go out to the truck & get shoe covers) before going upstairs. Kudos to this delivery team as they set the bed where we requested, took the necessary pictures & were very courteous & polite. This is our third purchase & recommend this store highly.
