I would 100% recommend Mattress Firm. The sales staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
I wish I could give them a zero. I ordered a Matress in the store on 2/7/26. I was told I would get the mattress on 2/9/26 but that didn’t happen. Then I was told I would get the mattress on 2/23 but that didn’t happen. The rep who sold the mattress to me called on 2/23 and said that it would arrive on 3/3 and that didn’t happen. I spoke to the manager on 3/4 and he told me I was sold a product they no longer sell. This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I would recommend going to sleep number .
Dawn was so helpful while giving us space to shop and decide on our mattress. We left very satisfied and we can’t wait to get our new mattress!
We baught a mattress and adjustabke base here. Rachael Duhon was very friendly and walked us through all available options that alowed us to decide within a couple of hours.
