After a horrible experience with a Black Friday deal at Wally Word, Mattress Firm saved the day! Not only did I get a better price on the exact same mattress, they will be delivering it this week when the other order would not have been here until sometime after Christmas. Thank you DAWN!!
Honestly I went in not knowing too much of what I wanted other than the size of the bed. John was super helpful and sweet. He definitely prolly made a tiny bit of money off me, but yk what? I ain't even mad cause he pointed me to what I wanted after eliminating some. He was also really quick. It was super laid back and he just treated me like a normal person which I feel like we've lost a lot of in customer service so I REALLY appreciate it!
We came into the store to look at a specific mattress and ended up getting truly personalized experience. Mike showed us a series of options based on sleep style, preferences and other criteria for us to be able to make the best choice for us. It wasn’t until the end of our visit when Mike mentioned he was actually the owner of the store.
