Visited twice over the course of 6 years. Selection was great both times but the salesman had zero respect for our initial budget. Used all the regular salesperson tactics. He came off as a genuinely helpful person when it came to educating, but insincere and unconcerned about the customer in the end as long as it meant a sale exceeding your initial budget. Be prepared to feel pressured to sign that dotted line that day and be outside of your budget. Go here to find what you like then buy elsewhere.

Jon was amazing if I could give more stars I would he was kind courteous and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for all at a price that was in my range. He was patient and took the time to ensure everything about my purchase was what I was looking for. I could go on all day about how wonderful of a salesman Jon was it’s hard to find that these days so trust me when I say Jon is the go to guy at Mattress Firm he will not disappoint.
