I had already done research and pretty much knew which mattresses I was interested in. The employee showed them to us, gave info and suggestions. No pressure. Easy transaction.
Kimberly is the BEST! So helpful and knowledgeable to help us pick our new bed!
Kathy was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy, instead encouraged us to try all the mattresses that were suited for our taste.
Christiana was really helpful and patient when choosing a mattress. She was not pushy and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the mattress I decided to purchase. She was knowledgeable of what would help with back, hip and neck pain. Highly recommend!
