I purchased a mattress here in June 2023. I don’t recall his name but he was probably in his mid 40s, told me didn’t normally work in this office, and kept referring to himself as a “bed nerd” and was of course trying to upsell me. I picked out what I wanted and I was going to pay in cash but the sales rep convinced me to finance it and he would not leave me alone about it.
