I bought the mattress and bed frame July 13. Paid in full. Expected delivery August 3rd, I know, a long wait. August 3rd comes and no word about delivery. They are supposed to let you know the day before. I called them and they said there was a delay on the frame but they could deliver the mattress 2 days later. Went in not knowing much about mattresses. The guy (anthony) was super super helpful and I definitely felt like he was more interested in helping me find the best mattress for me rather than just trying to sell me something. I probably spent at least 45 min with him helping me the whole time. I also had a very rigid schedule for when the mattress could be delivered and he went out of his way to accommodate that which was super super appreciated. I first contacted the store via their online platform, got a prompt response, and then moved communication to a phone call where Anthony was able to help me find the perfect mattress that best fits my needs. The process was easy and simple, took 30-45 minutes at the most from start to end.
