We visited to find a twin mattress for one of our children. Our salesperson was attentive and knowledgeable. After trying out two different mattresses we quickly settled on one and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Excellent service and the prices are reasonable and on par with online. It is essential in our opinion to physically tryout the mattress, we have been too often disappointed with online deliveries.
Our family spent several hours choosing mattresses. Masum and Jerome were a wealth of knowledge! They spent so much time showing us everything about every bed we looked at. There was a glitch when applying for financing, Fraud alert came up on my phone since it was a large purchase. Jerome spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get it cleared up for me. I believe he worked over an hour or more past when he was supposed to leave. Great, great customer service!! We should be getting our mattresses in a couple of weeks!
