The sales associate Vern was very informative when it came to the mattress that I really wanted, he didn't try to over sell the product he gave his honest opinions and explained how each one of the mattresses had certain qualities that would be helpful to my bad back. I was very appreciative. I walked out of there extremely happy and can't wait for my mattress to arrive.
Max, the MattressFirm sales representative, was very informative, helpful and accommodating. After listening to our requirements for a new mattress walked us through all the different types of mattresses that might meet our needs. He was very patient and allowed us to go back and forth testing and comparing the comfort levels of the different mattresses.
