From start to set up everything went very smooth. Jacob was knowledgeable and helpful. We made a decision and so far so good after 2 nights. The delivery people were neat respectful and on point. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm

Bought an expensive queen size mattress from a really nice man who ran this location around three years ago. After a while, the mattress started to develop a dip. Since mattresses can't be flipped anymore, my wife and I rotated the mattress regularly and it was OK for a while, but then it really got to be a problem. I thought I remembered that the mattress had a decent - maybe 5 or 10 year - warranty, so I went in there this week to ask about it. Jacob Coleman is amazing. We had looked at mattresses at another store and had 2 more stores to visit. However, after working with him we didn't need to visit any other store! He saved us time and money! Very much appreciated as this is our one day in town. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We didn't feel pressured, he helped us make decisions (very much appreciated as we had done research and didn't get much farther.
