Frank at Mattress Firm sincerely helped us with the best mattress and base set up. After three separate visits testing beds and bases, where Frank let us take our time asking questions, and provided water. We went with the Tempur-Pedic system which includes mattress and base purchases for a split king. After our first night we woke up refreshed and ready to go. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! I had excellent service from the moment I walked in. I was able to narrow it down to "the one" in the same visit. I purchased a mattress and Tempur Ergo Power Base with confidence after trying out a number of them. They were able to get same day delivery which was a bonus! Posting this after my first night in my new bed and I am very happy.
Great service and responsiveness. We love all our new mattresses.
