The purchasing part of buying a bed at Mattress Firm was great and I dealt with a friendly sales representative. The delivery process was superb! The two young men that had to set up my king size bed, made the process stress-free for me. They were extremely kind, friendly and seem to enjoy what they were doing. Their names were Nate and Julius and they made a very good impression that is likely to have me recommending Mattress Firm.
