I knew what I wanted and Lance was very friendly, professional and helpful by informing me about the details of the product I was looking for. At no point did I feel pressured or that he was trying to get me to purchase something more than I was wanting. I will go here any time I need to purchase a new bedding set
Excellent experience! From the knowledge of the products to the friendliness of the salesman we had a great experience and got exactly what we wanted! The only slight inconvenience was that when the mattress was delivered, they had sold out of the mattress protector that we needed for our mattress and will have to go back to the store to get it when they get more. Which isn't a big deal but the only issue we had.
Service and helpful advise got us the best mattresses for us. Highly recommend mattress firm
