Fantastic Love everything
I couldn’t be happier with our new bedroom set from Mattress Firm! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The quality of the set is absolutely top-notch—sturdy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It completely transformed our bedroom into a cozy and stylish retreat. Jacob was really nice and very informative to us. He took the time to help us find the mattress we would be best suited with. The process was painless and we felt welcomed.
The manager is wonderful! He really knows his mattresses! He assisted us with selecting the perfect mattress working with my husband to make sure, that because of my disability, was easy height to get into. I enjoyed working with the staff at the store. I would rate them a 10 if I could. Lance, the store manager, was wonderful! He provided helpful solutions to minor problems and went out of his way to insure we were happy. If we would need another mattress we would go see Lance. You won't be disappointed.
We had a great experience. The Manager was very helpful and we are so pleased with our new cooling from mattress and pillows! Highly recommend!
