this was my first stop in shopping for a new mattress. Jake was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He pointed out several options for me, and explained the pros and cons of each. Once I finally decided on a mattress, he assisted me with the no interest credit card and told me about the 120 day exchange policy in case the mattress I selected was not the best suited for me. He made the whole experience very easy!
