The mattress I wanted was not the one delivered. I needed a medium firmness and still was given a soft mattress. I'm out of luck with exchanging because it's a floor model. So back to severe neck, back and fibromyalgia pain
Sidney was an amazing help to us!! He didn't force us to go with one kind of mattress or just make a sale. He took the time inform us about all and answered all out questions. This place is amazing!!!
Victor at Mattress Firm Montrose is amazing! He was super helpful, very informative and not overly pushy like many salesmen tend to be. He provided the perfect balance of space and assistance in order for me to feel comfortable enough to make a purchase. We had a bad experience with Mattress Firm in the past and he made sure we didn't get that experience again. Victor was kind courteous and considerate of our needs.
