Marvin was amazing ! I will be back to Mattress Firm again just because of this gentleman. Very good deals, and stayed almost 2 hours after closing time just to make sure we were happy. Can't say enough good things about Marvin.
Don't forget to ask of Hector! He is the best.
Don’t go to this location. All they care about is making a commission. They pretend that they care about you, they absolutely don’t. I’ve had a mattress for less than 30 days n they say they need to call their DM. I just wanted to exchange the mattress and move in with my life. But no. Awful customer service. If you want great service, go with a professional, not these guys.
