Had bought a mattress on January and called this month to see if I can get it exchanged to another one because it has been bad for our back, but they wanted to apply us a 250$ restock fee, which for us they never mentioned to us when we purchased and were only given a invoice sheet and we’re encouraged that we had a 120 sleep guaranteed but it’s all a lie, how can you guarantee a 120 day for an exchange but pay a fee makes no sense for customers.
