GO to a Department store o We bought a mattress, left side had no filling at all. We had not slept in it until after the thirty days. They refuse to exchange. We submitted warranty. took 6 weeks. Had to pay $25 for the warranty investigator to come out. He said if the base is not excellent or there is any stain, it will void the warranty. I said but this is faulty regardless of that. He said doesn't matter. Lucky we had a great foundation and no stains. They would not refund, only store credit. Went to store and they talked ... read more
on time we left our bed in Boston when we moved to SA, went to Mattress Firm picked out a bed and they were able to deliver it the same day so we weren't sleeping on the floor!
