I bought a new nattress from Cam C. At the Grapevine location. It was a very positive experience. He was informative without being pushy…honest about customer feedback regarding each of the mattresses I was returning, and I felt like I got a really good deal.
Roy was absolutely the perfect sales professional.
Great service after the sell. The Mattress Firm located in Grapevine, TX made good on it’s offer to exchange the mattress after 42 days of trial on my Tempur-pedic Adapt model mattress. Eric Hill and Roy did a great job taking care of our needs! Exchanged from “firm” model to get the “medium” hybrid model instead. So sorry to see the Grapevine Mattress Firm store closing on February 13, 2022. Looking forward to better sleep on the way! — Bill L.
