If I can give the service at this store 0 stars I would. We are a few days away from an exact month since purchasing our mattress and still have not received it. Gladys was not very helpful at all and basically brushed off the whole situation saying it is beyond her control. Was not sure as to what our actual delivery date would be. I requested to cancel the whole purchase because once again Gladys was not helpful and brushed it off.
