You !!NEED!! to visit this place if you are considering a mattress upgrade. Before coming in we knew what mattress we wanted and had been approved for the mattress firm Credit Card. We were ready to spend up to 4k. Went to this Mattress Firm and was sold right away by the savings and the excellent customer service! Frank ended up saving $2,700 on an amazing mattress and I couldn’t be more thankful. He was knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. He was patient and didn’t push me to make a decision. Without a doubt a 10 out of 10 experience.
I received excellent service from Afnary. He was very patient, kind, and helpful. However, when the delivery arrived, the bed protector were not the one I had ordered. Although the delivery was a bit late for my liking, the delivery guys were fast, professional, and accommodating.
Excellent Experience I was actually planning to buy the mattresses at the same place where I had purchased my bedroom furniture. On the way there, my wife asked me to stop at this Mattress Firm on 40th St. I told her, “Why, if we already went to another Mattress Firm at a different location?” But I decided to listen to her—and I’m so glad I did!
