Being a novice in purchsing a mattress, box spring; I was very fortunate to meet Jose M.. Why? because he knew his merchandise. Learning what was BEST for my needs- then I completed a purchase within my price range. Certainly he feels good about a sale. I feel GREAT about being a Matrerss Firm customer. Every detail covered within a reasonable time frame.
I knew exactly what i needed so ordering was quick and easy (but they charged me $150 for assembly, which was literally screwing 4 feet to the platform). In a simple quick transaction, they got my address wrong. I had to call several times to make sure they dont deliver elsewhere. They said someone will call back to confirm the change of address.
