Monica was fantastic, and made the process very quick and efficient. She’s well informed and taught me about the different mattresses. She helped me pick the right mattresses, along with bed sheets, pillows, bed stands and was very kind and patient. I tested mattresses and pillows a couple of times before reaching a decision.
