Venus is simply amazing. In a situation where she really had nothing to gain with helping us, she went way above and beyond. This type of help simply doesn't happen anymore in any type of business. If I am purchasing any type of bed product ever again, she will be my first phone call 100% for sure. Simply amazing
Very attentive and helpful representative! I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
I stopped in Mattress Firm to inquire about buying a mattress and box for a family location in Waynesville, North Carolina. Venus who is the assistant store manager was absolutely fantastic helping me pick out a Sealy mattress and box spring. Venus was also awesome helping me getting it set up for delivery, install, and haul away. Thank you so much and I look forward to doing more business at Mattress Firm.
Sales was helpful. Delivery was excellent. The mattress is super comfortable.
My experience with Mattress Firm was a breeze. I quickly found a mattress in my budget plus a bed frame and they delivered it the next day. Piece of cake.
