I went into this mattress firm looking for a new mattress for a guest bedroom. I explained to the sales associates that this was not going to be used much. He proceed to show me mattresses that were $999 dollars. When explained that was more then I wanted to spend he proceeded to tell me he could get me a returned mattress of the same make for a cheap price.
