Tim at mattress firm in East Peoria is the "go-to" guy for mattresses.. he has a wealth of knowledge and is very very helpful! For whatever reason, I bought the wrong mattress to begin with and it was not a good fit for me, Tim went way above and helped me select and exchange for the correct mattress for my needs, he also worked hard to save me money, and made me feel like Mattress Firm is really taking care of me and standing behind their products.
