Mattress lost firmness in 1 day – I bought a Tempur Pedic mattress last month. When I tried the mattress in the store, the firmness was just right. However, when I slept on it at home using an electric blanket, it softened up a lot and was not firm enough . The manager later said never use a heating device on Tempur Pedic because the mattress is temperature sensitive. This was not explained to me before I made the purchase.
