Wendy was our sales associate and she was very knowledgeable about the many offerings of mattresses. Her customer service was exceptional, she was both personable and professional. We visited 4 other merchants and found one with lower prices. However, Wendy’s approach and expertise made us choose her and Mattress Firm over the less expensive merchant. We hope that Mattress Firm appreciates Wendy as much as we do!
