Wendy was our sales associate and she was very knowledgeable about the many offerings of mattresses. Her customer service was exceptional, she was both personable and professional. We visited 4 other merchants and found one with lower prices. However, Wendy’s approach and expertise made us choose her and Mattress Firm over the less expensive merchant.
