Great experience with detailed info on mattresses and adjustable bases by Nelson. Returned to purchase and he was at a training so Connie was awesome getting order placed sharing additional information and she was extremely busy but stopped to acknowledge everyone coming in. She even made sure Nelson got credit for sale! Awesome team!!

Excellent customer service, we didn't have to deal with a pushy salesman. Our salesman (Brian) was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs. Was in and out in less than an hr and got us a new mattress! We definitely recommend using Mattress Firm in Macon by River Side Mall!! Hands down, best experience! Thanks so much!!
