Joe at Mattress Firm scottsdale and camelback, was very professional and easy to work with. Joe's went above and beyond for us..we bought the mattress there but je knew we wanted ot ASAP, so he called around and found it at a store not far from where we were at Ot was ready for is when we arrived..
