Both Wade at the Spring Hill, TN store and Jessie Marini at the Dickson, TN store were extremely helpful as I shopped for a new bed over the past week. Today, when good customer service is hard to find, it was a delightful experience to receive excellent service at both stores. I’ve already recommended them to friends. Thank you!
Was initially dreading going in to purchase a new mattress because, let’s be honest it’s expensive and generally not the best experience, at least from my own experiences. However, as soon as we got inside the store we were greeted by Alexa who made finding the right mattress super easy and dare I say a comfortable experience. 10/10 would recommend!
It was great having a knowledgeable salesperson, Alexa, who didn't pressure us during our experience.
Alexa was VERY courteous and helpful. Was very willing to work with us and gave us a great deal.
